WSF man how can 5 lbs be easy but 5.5 be hard as hell and 6.25 impossible.  the good news is with all the forearm training i’ve been doing my wrists are now 14 inches around.

      • I like the idea of doing direct wrist/forearm work (levering is fun, and I liked the Formulator in theory though not so much in practice), but I’d never thought of trying this Weaver stick thing until you brought it up.

          • It’s a handle that clamps onto your hands for reverse curls, etc. so you’re not trying to grip onto a dumbbell (which uses the antagonists for the reverse curl). If it had been for one hand, it would have been great, but the sides were too close together for me to have both my wrists at the right angle.

          • I think they’re no longer available, yeah. I would think building a one-handed one out of a few sections of pipe and a pool noodle would be doable. One of these years…
