Dead in the middle of Little Italy

Little did we know we riddled some middlemen who didn’t do diddly.

today is the day of the year the Mets pay Bobby Bonilla 1.2 million dollars.  This is my second favorite sports story.  The only better one is where Rickey Henderson framed a million dollar check instead of cashing it, causing the A’s books not to balance and them to have to give him a replica check instead.

Bobby Bonillas contract is the most famous. Also, there’s an ex football player who is getting I believe $400,000 from the Redskins for life. I heard this on the radio and can’t find the story on the internet so maybe it’s BS. Deferring money kind of makes sense for teams due to inflation. A million dollars was worth much more in the 80s than it is now.
Ricky Henderson is amazing. Not many people can pull of talking about themselves in the third person.
