enjoying the sumos.  I’ve developed a new technique of really pointing my knees out like I’m riding a hippo.  time will tell if this technique works with >300 lbs.

    • it’s …manageable. check back in a month or two, if i haven’t put at least 15 lbs on my squat i’m going to leave a rude comment on his youtube video or something.

      • I hear you. I feel lazy as fu#$ since switching to my current program. Everyday I go in the garage it is a struggle NOT to squat heavy. I may just restart tomorrow and go until out of town travel comes. I can see it now, me trying to find a gym and the means to do it while on vacay.
