this was like the first time in maybe 15 years that I didn’t feel like lifting and not because I had something I’d rather be doing (video games, girls, good book, sleep, drinking have been past culprits). Just did my last set of each and went upstairs
Laid down in bed. Read some of “Debunking Economics” book from library which held great promise. Wife asked wtf I was doing. Then she came in to watch X-files starting from S1E1. Book turned out very boring. X-Files kinda interesting. Baby was supposed to be napping but instead vaulted around her room and sang songs into baby monitor.
I am fucking sick of how much heavy floor press hurts. Also sick of warming up with moderately heavy doubles and triples on squat. Sick of band pulling which I’ve been doing between sets every day for like a month.
