Working on the swimming lesson story.  It’s pretty good IMO, but I’m not done yet.  Maybe tomorrow. Deal.

Weight: 189.4

Low Bar Squat: 45×6, 45bbx5, 135bbx4, 225bbx3, 315bbx2, 365bb nb, 405bb, 385x15x2.

Feel good, but coughing and sniffling all over the place.  Pretty sexy.

BTN Press: 45×10, 95×4, 115×3, 135×2, 150; 135x8x3

Sumo+monster band: 225 off 5″ deficit, 245 off 4.5″ deficit, 290 off 4″ deficit.

Time: 2 hours
