i love these videos.  It’s only a matter of time before Andy discovers I discovered them and angrily confronts me in the gym.


Sore today.  If you train every day and take the day off for no valid training reason, you will feel sore the day you resume though you think you should tear it up.  Ironical.


The show Vikings is a horrible, historically-inaccurate piece of crap made for a female audience.  My wife watches it regularly and I’m appalled every time I walk by.  The Vikings not knowing about England in 793, would be like a show about Italians in 1940 not knowing about America.  Or Sicily.  The entire fucking population of England in 793 was descended from Scandinavians.  And shield maidens were like mermaids -just because they appear in Viking art doesn’t mean there were any.

        • listen, it’s all a bunch of horseshit. if he doesn’t feel like lifting, he says his knee or whatever is banged up. If he can’t think of an injury, then it’s his CNS that’s overworked. But if *you* take time off then you’re just tired. Unless he knows you, then you’re cool.
