It could be worse

I gotta remember that this was on short rest, and also that a few days ago I failed at 440.  Now I am failing at 450.  At least my sumo deadlifting is getting better and better.

Sorry that my posts have been less than interesting lately.  Honestly, it’s the same old stuff at the gym.  The same old jokers are doing the same ridiculous workouts.  There’s less women for some reason.  I’m still tying up the squat rack for hours.  And Bret is back so I feel less pressure to host delightful mopes over here.

Mil Press: 105×3, 135×3, 160×2, 170×2, 179, 189; 170×2,3

Sumo+monster deficit speed pulls: 7 sets, up to 355 from a 1″ deficit
