Went to the sports training place today.

Low Bar Squat: 59×5, 149×3, 219×3, 279×3, 339×3, 364×2, 389×2, 409, 419, 429, 439

Used a 59 lb Pasanella bar.  439 (really 440 i never count 1 lb collars) was high.  Pleased with the way I warmed up though, better than yesterday.

Manta Ray Squat: 295x7x2

The gym has 5 manta rays and yeah this should have been at least 305 catastrophic misload.

Medium Grip Bench: 43.5×10, 93.5×6, 133.5×4, 173.5×3, 213.5×3, 253.5×2, 293.5×2, 318.5, 338.5

Pec was tight probably paranoia

Slingshot Bench: 363.5, 383.5

Sumo 4″deficit: 164×2, 234×2, 254

Sumo 2″deficit: 304, 354, 374, 394

Chinups: 1×9
