Workout #64 – Sun, 12/8/13 – Attack From Every Angle

From now on going to use * to indicate a PR.  Things I did months ago cease to be relevant.  Also, I’m too lazy to look them up.  A PR is something in the last 64 days.

Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×2, 175×2, 215×1, 255×1, 295×1, 335×1, 365×1, 395×1, 410×1

Partial Squat: #9 495×1, #9 550×1*, #9 555×1*, #10 540×1*, #11 520,

B. Pos. Squat: #11 405×1*

^^^in other words, I had to lift the bar up off the pins.

Squat: 380, 385 x 1

B. Pos. Squat: #13 275×1, #13 325×1, #12 370×1*

Box Squat: (3) 185×1, (3) 255×1, (3) 305×1*, (4) 345×1, (5) 375×1*

My upper body has been sore lately.  Normal people become sore in one place.  I am sore in my pecs, shoulders, triceps, elbows, biceps, and soul.  So I continued to take it easy on the pressing.

Deadlift: 135×3, 205×1, 275×1, 345×1, 370x5x1 (5)

Bent Row: 135,140,145,150,155 x 5

Back Extension: 0, 20, 35 x 6

As crazy as it sounds, I like doing all the rack and box squats all at once. OTOH for convenience sake, I am considering doing BS, BS, BS, FS, where after I back squat I do one of the special exercises and just work it harder.  We’ll see, but tomorrow is definitely FS.
