I did not achieve much in this workout, but…

No one will outwork me.  No one will outsquat me.  Nothing will stop me.

Squat: 45×4, 115×3, 185×2, 255×1, 325×1, 365×1, 385×1, 405×1

Partial Squat: #9 460×1, #9 515×1, #10 510×1, #13 460×1

Squat: 375x 1, 3

Bottom Position Squat: 225×1, 275×1, 295×1, 315×1 (12)

Push Press: 45×8, 95×3, 135×2, 175×1, 205×1, 225×1, 234; 170,175,179,184,189,190×1, 170×3,2,3 (14)

Clean Deadlift: 179×3, 249×1, 319×1, 389×1, 429×1, TM 459×1

I think I will go to a max one day on deadlifts, and then the next day do volume.

Back Extension: 0,10,20 x 6
