Okay, I used a front squat harness.  The harness weighed 20 lbs, which I took into account in the weights.  I want to buy one, but that company seems to be out of business.  The newer ones I have found are $250.  I am going to try to get a used one or an off-brand for half that price.  Maybe for Xmas.

Bench: 43.5×10, 113.5×3, 183.5×2, 233.5×1, 273.5×1, 293.5×1, 313.5×1, 333.5×1, 348.5×1; 253.5,258.5×3, 263.5,268.5×2, 273.5×2,1,3 (16)

Clean Deadlift: 135×3, 225×2, 315×1, 405×1, TM 440×1

Today was my son Rex’s first workout.  He is 6. This gym has many small-sized implements.  Also, the coach has been working with tots for many years.  Rex also tried Trap-bar deadlift, but he was too short.  He did Sumo Deadlift with about 16 lbs, chain drags with 2×23 lb chains,   Atlas Stone carries (with a medicine ball), pushed an unweighted Prowler, and ran (walked, really) some agility ladders.  Flipped a 61 lb tire multiple times.  I was very happy with his behavior.
