Worked out in the evening, which is uncharacteristic. There were two high school kids doing breakdancing, first in the aerobics room, and then on the astroturf where people push Prowler/do the agility ladder etc. They were very impressive, doing lots of spinning, jumping, flipping, etc. IMO if you are going to do a fitness activity, try to be good at it. If you run, try to be as fast as a Kenyan. If you flip tires and hoist atlas stones, be a Swedish Viking. If you just “do cardio” on the machines, well then, go berserk until you fit into those skinny jeans. Today my results were less inspiring than this paragraph, but that’s how it goes sometimes…
