Workout #37 – Mon 11/11/13

Front Squat: 45×4, 110×3, 175×2, 225×1, 275×1, 295×1, 315, 300; 225,230×3, 235,240×2, 245x5x2 (20)

295 went up easy.  315 and 300 went up like an elevator with the cable cut.

Bench: 45×10, 110×4, 175×3, 235×2, 275×1, 300×1, 325×1, 350×1, 355×1; 275×3, 280,285×2, 290×2,2,3, 295×3, 300×3 (20)

Meant to do 340 but misloaded 350.  It felt pretty heavy and discouraged me.  But when I realized it was 350, I knew I wasn’t weak, the bar was heavy.  So I did 355 (and barely got it.)  No 360 today but hopefully soon.

Clean Deadlift: 135×3, 205×2, 275×1, 325×1, TM 350×1; 275,280,285,290,295,300×2 (12)
