Workout #36 – Sun, 11/10/13

Squat: 45×5, 110×3, 165×3, 225×2, 285×1, 345×1, 405×1, 440×1 (high), 445×1, 455×1, 465×1, 475×1, 480×1, TM 485×1, CM 490×1; 405,410,415×1, 395x4x2 (11)

Oh yeah.  I was super pumped to go to the gym since yesterday, feeling confident.  But everything above 225 felt heavy today.  And 440 was called high by my pals.  But then I went on to my highest raw squat ever.

Push Press: 45×10, 95×3, 135×2, 185×1, 210×1, 215; 185,190,195,200×1, 179,184,189×2, 179x4x3 (22)

I don’t know what is going on with my push press, but i will gladly trade pounds off my push press PR for pounds on my squat PR.

Clean Deadlift: 179×3, 249×2, 319×1, TM 344×1

Skimped on volume as I spent time helping others spot/judge depth.  And I had to (i’m not joking) take my son to a birthday party.  The boy’s father owns a pizzeria, and I had my 1st cheat meal in 3 weeks.  Just a few slices, and no sweets, though.
