Workout #35 – Sat, 11/9/13

Full of vim today.

Squat: 45×4, 105×3, 165×3, 225×2, 285×1, 345×1, 405×1, 435×1, 455×1, 465×1, 475×1; 405,410,415,420×1, 380,385,390,395,400,405×2, 405×1, 380x3x3 (26)

Getting close to a PR. 475 almost burst my eyeballs so i stopped there.

Medium Grip Bench: 45×10, 105×4, 165×3, 225×2, 285×1, 315×1, 340×1, CM 350×1; 265×2,3, 270×3, 275×3, 280×2,2,3, 290×3 (21)

Clean Deadlift: 135×3, 205×2, 275×1, 325×1, TM 335×1, TM 340×1; 275x5x2 (10).

Afterwards I was so energized that I tore the Smith machine into six pieces, and ravished some spandex-clad tart on the stairstepper.  Then I scampered through an aerobics class on all fours, growling and biting at screaming peoples’ ankles.  The cops were called, and, after I proved immune to their tasers, I tipped over one of their patrol cars while they cowered inside it.
