Workout #31 – Tues, 11/5/13

Front Squat: 45×3, 95×2, 135×2, 185×1, 225×1, 255×1, 275×1, 295×1, TM 305×1; 225×2,2,2,2,2,3, 235×2,3 (18)

I did some reps holding straps and some like a bodybuilder.  You know what I like best about front squats?  Placing the bar on my neck and almost passing out before I even do a rep.  Know what else?  When I don’t put the bar high enough on my neck and don’t keep my elbows up and the bar rolls down my arm and I end up doing a zercher squat to finish and getting a sick bruise on top of the bruise from Saturday’s front/zercher squats.  Haha, that is sarcasm.

Best bench press of my life, even compared to when I was a fatso and bounced the bar off my ribcage.
