Push Press: 45×8, 95×3, 135×2, 185×1, 200×1, 210×1, 220×1, 230, 225×1, 230, 230; 185×2,3, 190×2,2, 195×2, 185×3,3,3 (20)

Deadlift: Triples and doubles up to 244 lbs (32)

Resolved: Too much screwing around with alternative squat exercises.  Now it is BS, BS, FS, repeat.

I will do my band pulling and neck assistance at home tonight.
