Med Grip Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×4, 185×3, 235×2, 275×1, 315×1, 335×1, CM 347.5×1; 280×2, 285×2,2,2,2,3, 290×2,2 (17)

Deadlift: singles, doubles and triples up to 239 lbs.  (31)  Some with mini bands underfoot.

Took out my bands for pullaparts and felt physically nauseous at the thought, so did some bent rows and chinups instead.  Did do one set of supine “get money” pullaparts.
