Workout #27 – Fri 11/1/13

Back continues to feel better.  Took it easy on the lower body stuff today, skipping deadlifts entirely and going light on squats.  Hit a Close-grip bench PR.  At this rate, soon I will be walking around on my hands.

Squats: warmed up then hit 16 singles between 185 and 255 lbs.

CG Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×4, 185×3, 225×2, 275×1, 295×1, 315×1, 330×1, CM 337.5×1; 275x3x3, 280×3 (12)

Did a lot of stretching, back extensions & etc.  Left feeling vigorous.
