Workout #25 – Wed 10/30/13

Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×2, 185×2, 225×1, 275×1, 315×1, 355×1, 385×1, 405×1, 425×1, 440×1, 450×1, 455×1, 460×1; 365,370,375,380×2, 385×2,2, 355,360×4 (20)

I have had some problems with depth so made sure every rep this time was done low enough.

Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×4, 185×3, 225×2, 275×1, 315×1, 335×1, CM 350×1; 280×3, 285×3,3, 295×3,3 (15)

Oh yeah, 350 for the 1st time as a 181 lber.

Deadlift: 135×3, 225×2, 315×1, 405×1, 455×1, 490; 405×2, 365×3,4,3 (12)

Back still sore.  Ran out of time, so all volume, though light, was done with 1 min rest between sets.

I need a solution to my back issue.  I am going to try one or more of the following: pulling sumo, using hook grip, going lighter/faster.  It is not real bad, but it is annoying.  When i got home i took some ibuprofen and laid down for 30 min.

  1. haha, it is not that bad. in fact right now as i type this i am wearing a 25 lb rucksack and standing up. If i were to go to the doctor and say that my back felt sore after deadlifting 25 days in a row, you know what he would say? “STOP, you idiot” So i will try that (for one day)
