Very angry with the back squat.  And the front squat.  Both will pay dearly for wronging me.

Medium Grip Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×4, 185×3, 225×2, 275×1, 315×1, 335×1, CM 345×1; 275×3,3,3,3, 285×3 (15)

Sometimes I have to work a little bit lighter than I want on bench bc I don’t want to ask my pals for 34902384 spots during their own workouts. Not an excuse, just that’s why i went up 10 lbs on my last triple; my buddy was leaving the gym so i figured I’d catch him for 1 last spot.  345 is tied with my competition-grip bench.
