Another bang-up day.

Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×3, 185×3, 225×2, 275×1, 315×1, 365×1, 405×1, 430×1, 450×1, 460×1, TM 470×1; 405×2,2, 385×3, 405×2, 385×3,3,1 (16)

The reason for the weird reps on squat was that I was working in with a buddy and didn’t want to fuck with the weights too much, instead forcing myself to do more.  THe final single with 385 was w/no belt and about 30 sec after my last set when i realized i needed another rep to beat my rep record.

Med Grip Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×4, 185×3, 225×2, 265×1, 295×1, 315×1, 330×1, TM 340×1; 275×2,3, 280×3, 285×4 (12)

340 is more than I have ever medium-grip benched before.
