Needed to step it up a little with the front squatting.

Push Press: 45×10, 95×3, 135×3, 175×2, 195×1, 205×1, 215×1, TM 220×1; 175×3, 185×2,2,2, 165×4 (13)

So I used 165 again but it was for a four.

Deadlift: 135×3, 225×2, 315×1, 405×1, 455×1, TM 470×1; 405×2,2,2 (6)

Asst: Lats, Bis, Neck, Pecs, Bands
