Felt like I was on fire today.

Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×3, 185×3, 225×2, 275×1, 315×1, 365×1, 405×1, 425×1, 445×1, 455×1, TM 465×1; 395×2,2,2, 370×3,3, 375×3 (15)

That squat was meaningful to me because it was the weight I hit for my 3rd attempt in my last competition and I had qualified people checking my depth.

This lady who powerlifts was there.  She is 49, weighs 148 and squatted 250×3 raw, no wraps.  Which is more than all three of the high school wrestlers who were dicking around with concentration curls and kicking the heavy bag could have done – put together.
