Got a comment today from another powerlifter asking if i ever took a week off.  I said I would after my next competition.Weight: 186.0

Box Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×2, 185×2, 225×2, 275×1, 315×1, 355×1, 375×1, 385×1, TM 395×1; 315×2,2,2, 325×2,2 (10)

Push Press (1st rep from hang clean): 45×10, 95×3, 135×3, 155×2, 175×1, 185×1

Push Press (regular – the rack opened up): 200×1, 210×1, TM 218.5×1; 165×3, 175×3, 185×2, 190x,2,2 (12)

Time to retire 165 as a push press weight.

Trap Bar Deadlift off 4″ block: 135×3, 225×2, 315×1, 365×1, TM 405×1

TBD off floor: 425×1, 445×1, 455×1; 405×2,3 (5)

Asst: Lats, Rows, Bands, Pecs, Neck

It has been 2 weeks and now I have the official exercises & their frequencies set
