Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×3, 185×2, 225×2, 275×1, 315×1, 365×1, 405×1, 425×1, 430×1, 435×1, 445×1, 455×1, TM 460×1; 385×2,2, 405×1,1, 365×3,3 (14)

^ That’s how I’m going to write 2 sets of 3 reps of 365 from now on.

Also, 365 has been officially retired as an appropriate training weight, even for triples, unless my legs are broken or something.

Comp Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×4, 185×3, 225×2, 265×1, 295×1, 320×1, 330×1, TM 341×1; 275 x 2,2, 280×2,4 (10)

I couldn’t start benching until I was almost done with my squats bc there was no one capable of spotting in the gym.  I could have done bottom position rack presses but I would have had to wait until I was done squatting in the rack.

No assistance work today.  I think I did some band stuff at home.
