Workout #10 – Tues, 10/15/13

Is this the Dark Times that Broz spoke of?  I was kind of tired today, had no furor, all old people at the gym.  None of the usual motivators:

  1. Hot Chicks
  2. Strong People
  3. Weird Geeks

I did hit decent weights though.  I felt a cold sweat as I was warming up.  I used to get this sometimes when wrestling 2 a days and have read about it in boxing short stories.

Time: 1:35

BW: 190.6 (too many carbs, Corduroy)

Front Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×3, 185×2, 225×1, 245×1, 265×1, TM 280×1; 2x225x2, 225×3 (7)

Push Press: 45×10, 95×3, 135×3, 175×2, 195×1, 205×1, TM 215×1; 155×3, 165×3, 175×2, 185×2 (10)

Pulls with Pauses: 135×1, 205×1, 275×1, 325×1, TM 360×1  Forgot to do any reps, and too tired to care.

Assistance: Lats, Bis, Bands
