Front Squat: 45×4, 95×3, 135×2, 175×2, 205×2, 235×2, 255×1, 265×1, TM 275×1, miss 280, 225×2, 230×2, 235×2 (6)

I have always been pretty weak on front squats.  I did 320 a few months ago but then I would sometimes miss 275 randomly.  i.e. this is not abnormal/overtrained weakness

Medium Grip Bench: 45×10, 95×6, 135×2, 185×2, 225×2, 255×2, 265×1, 280×1, 300×1, 310×1, 320×1, TM 330×1; 275×2, 280×2, 285×2 (6)

Snatch-Grip Deadlift in Rack (mid-shin height): 135×2, 225×2, 265×2, 305×1, 325×1, TM 335×1, miss 345 (i hate hook grip and refuse to use straps); 275×2, 280×2, 285×3 (7)

Horizontal Rows (not sure the real name, I do them hanging from the Smith machine bar. In the Army we called them bunk-ups because we would do them from the bar holding the top bunk in place): 3 sets

Biceps: 1 set

Bands: 6 sets
